Open Position:

Photographer - Full-Time

Remember Media is looking for a photographer to join our creative team full-time and shoot alongside our Photography Manager, Ashley Benham. You’ll be responsible for capturing scroll-stopping content for some of the most exciting brands in the Mid-South - ranging from lifestyle to product to branded portraits and events. We’re looking for someone to lead and assist photo shoots for clients across industries and who can work hard, shoot smart, and be part of a team that moves fast and makes a real impact.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• 2+ years of photography experience (professional or portfolio-based)

• Must be located in Memphis, TN and available for in-person shoots

• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless camera use, Lightroom, and file management

• Experience with lifestyle, portrait, and/or product photography

• Basic understanding of social media visual trends and short-form content

• Comfort giving direction to clients and managing personalities on set

• Punctuality, organization, and communication are a must

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to shoot locations

• Weekend and evening availability is sometimes required

Responsibilities:

• Shoot social media content across a variety of client industries (restaurants, real estate, fitness, beauty, nonprofits, etc.)

• Lead and assist on high-priority, high-volume shoot days

• Set up and direct brand-aligned scenes, angles, and lighting in fast-paced environments

• Organize, upload, and cull images after each shoot using REM’s internal workflows

• Collaborate with our creative leads, content creators, and editors to ensure alignment on brand guidelines

• Travel within the Memphis area for on-location shoots

• Maintain and prep gear, memory cards, batteries, and file structures

• Attend weekly team meetings and provide shoot recaps when necessary
