Hello hello! My name is Cori, and I'm the founder of Remember Media - your social media management solution. I lead my organization with nearly a decade of professional marketing and leadership experience. In the first 3 years of business, my team and I have helped over 300 organizations in nearly every industry in the Greater Memphis Area.

  • Remember Media's office hours are between 9:00-5:00PM Monday through Friday. Our office is open for appointment only.

    We observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & day after, December 24 & 25th.

    Please allow 24 business hours for any and all communication responses.

  • Important metrics that we measure to track your organic success is your follower growth rate, account's engagement rate (the # of likes/comments divided by followers), and click-through rate.

    Remember Media is always striving for a 20% yearly follower growth rate, 5-10% monthly engagement rate, and 5-10% monthly click-through rate. *Please note that similar to the ups and downs of your business activity, your growth on Instagram will not remain linear.

    A huge benefit of building a long-term partnership with Remember Media is our ability to benchmark your online activity to optimize organic success year after year.

  • All of our social media management plans come with Instagram and Facebook support. We also provide management support for Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok at an additional cost. Please inquire when you schedule your discovery meeting with our team!

  • Remember Media was founded to help local businesses improve their presence online so that your brand consistently reaches your audience and target demographic. We would love to learn more about your organization and provide a personalized recommendation.

  • Absolutely. You can cancel or change plans with us at any time. However, if you choose to cancel or change plans, we require 60 days notice. Oftentimes, we have already begun next month’s content to proactively provide the best service.

  • For a partnership with Remember Media, we bill monthly on the date that you originally subscribed. The bank account provided will be charged the monthly membership fee plus a service fee. The service fee is collected by the Payment Agent, not Remember Media, and will not display on your ledger. The service fee is non-refundable. To avoid this extra charge, we also accept payments by ACH and check.

Onboarding Overview

1. Day 1 | Onboarding Call πŸ’»

Once you sign our Client Service Agreement, it's time to schedule an Onboarding Call with our team! You can easily view our availability and select a time to meet at the link below. The date that you select for our onboarding will also be the date that your 1st monthly payment is due.

2. Week 1-2 | Account Analysis πŸ“Š

During the first two weeks of onboarding, we will analyze the data trends on the account, research industry trends, complete a profile audit, and conduct a quarterly account optimization. This time is also used for planning and scheduling your 1st photo shoot to be completed by the end of the third week of onboarding.

3. Week 3 | 1st Monthly Photoshoot πŸ“Έ

Your Dedicated Account Manager will work with you and your team to gain access to your products/services, select an available day, confirm a shoot location, and coordinate models as needed. We'll begin planning the shoot on our onboarding call. All photos include one light round of edits. Any additional requests will be invoiced at $150/ hour or $25/ image.

4. Week 4 | Content Approval Period ✏️

We'll provide your first Social Media Calendar and give you 2 business days to share any edits and feedback! If a post looks good to go, simply tap mark "Approved." If you choose to request edits or reject a post, please leave a comment with more information for us to learn from. We'll make those edits by the end of the week and begin officially posting!
